I think I only had to notify him of one or two things the whole time I lived there, and I think it’s because of the routine maintenance that he does. I noticed when he would come in and out to change the furnace filters for example. Another example is that a few months back my smoke detectors started beeping, so I bought new batteries and replaced them. I was impressed a few days later when I noticed that Juan had come in and replaced them again, without me saying anything to him. That kind of attention to detail in terms of maintenance, knowing exactly when things like that would need replaced, made me feel very comfortable having you and your company as a landlord.
