In Memphis, all utilities are provided by Memphis Light Gas & Water (MLGW) they provide Electricity, Natural Gas, Water, Wastewater, Garbage Pick Up, Recycling Pick Up and it all comes to you on a single bill. You contact MLGW before the beginning of the lease to have the services put in your name.
The building is wired for any internet provider that you choose, (except DishNetwork) so you can use ATT Uverse, or Comcast Xfinity or any other service that operates in Memphis. Many residents like to use the same internet provider as thier cell phone provider. Contact the provider of your choice and let us know the time of the appointment they give you for the install. We will have a manager on site to make sure they don’t give you the “free basic installation” quality of service. We want to make sure that any wiring they provide is hidden and safe.
